About Top Flight

Top Flight Cafe and Catering is the realized dream of a small business owner.  When Tommy Joyce first moved to the valley, he owned and operated the Escalon Club, a pub, and eventually began to do catering jobs out of the kitchen facility located within the bar. Realizing his love for cooking and socializing, he opened the Top Flight Cafe and Catering in the Stockton Metro Airport in March of 1995. This is a full restaurant operation, with a bar, dance floor, and coffee shop.

In 1998, El Nino rains collapsed the roof at the Club, and all business was moved to the Airport, where Tommy and his staff serve local businesses as well as the surrounding community.  Catering is offered both on and off premises and the tasty cuisine is the result of having Executive Chief William 'Billy' Samuelsen on staff.

Good food is only part of customer satisfaction.  Tommy and his staff pride themselves on being professional, personable, and friendly, with an emphasis on courteousness and quality service.

To ensure catered guests enjoy the event, Tommy has adopted the philosophy 'Guests do not remember getting enough, but never forget when the food runs out'.
